The role involves leading operational programs for product lifecycle management, including new product introduction, sustaining, and end-of-life processes, to optimize efficiency, scale production, and support global demand in a high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of products and services programs including NPI, Sustaining, and EOL.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize Time to Market and minimize excess and obsolete inventory expenses.
Drive planning and execution of program deliverables to scale engineering innovation into volume and quality production.
Implement process improvement initiatives and internal quality enhancements across Operations.
Provide program visibility to executives and stakeholders through dashboards and metrics.
Manage strategies, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to ensure program success.
Requirements
Deep expertise in Program and Project Management, specifically within New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining, and End of Life (EOL) disciplines in a high-tech environment.
Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs with sound organizational and material management skills.
Exceptional communication and soft skills to influence stakeholders, build trust with cross-functional teams, and convey project strategies without relying on formal authority.
A track record of taking end-to-end ownership, solving complex problems, and delivering results with tenacity in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Background in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations disciplines.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage.
