Job Description

This role involves leading the strategy and execution of complex, high-value enterprise deals by developing innovative pricing models, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and structuring of high-value, complex enterprise deals to optimize opportunities and manage financial risk.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive business cases and value propositions for major pursuits to stakeholders.
  • Identify market patterns and competitor insights to inform innovative pricing and monetization strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product) to facilitate deal execution and resolve issues.
  • Promote best practices in deal processes, share knowledge organization-wide, and communicate deal strategies to executives.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of operational experience in functions like Strategy, Business Development, or Deal Desk at a technology firm.
  • Demonstrated mastery in formulating complex business cases, financial modeling, and structuring high-value transactions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations that drive decision-making and articulate value to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability and a self-starting, analytical mindset capable of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments to rapidly create solutions and manage critical deal escalations.
  • Deep understanding of how business model decisions impact the operating model and the ability to creatively structure solutions that align a customer’s financial objectives with company growth goals.
  • Ability to model, structure, and optimize non-standard, high-value enterprise deals, ensuring the management of financial risk and corporate compliance.
  • Ability to develop holistic business cases and articulate the full value proposition of diverse deal structures to key customer and GTM stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify common deal patterns, conduct in-depth market competitor analysis, and translate insights into actionable pricing and monetization strategies.
  • Experience in orchestrating time-sensitive decisions among Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, troubleshooting issues, managing deal momentum, and improving deal process efficiency.
  • Willingness to work from one of the specified office locations in Santa Clara, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL, in compliance with company policies.

Annual base salary range of $134,000 to $202,000 USD
