This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native fleet management solutions that leverage AI, security, and automation, working across the full application lifecycle to ensure secure and resilient data flow between edge devices and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and operate mission-critical data processing services ensuring secure and compliant data flow between edge devices and the cloud platform.
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable, resilient system designs.
Innovate continuously by experimenting with new technologies and architectural patterns to improve system performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle with testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Resolve complex interoperability issues between system components to ensure high availability and global accessibility.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in architecting, implementing, and testing various product components within large-scale, complex distributed systems.
Proficiency in a modern backend programming language such as Go, Python, or Java, with a proven ability to write secure, high-performance, and maintainable code.
Understanding of distributed systems principles, networking infrastructure, and Linux operating environments.
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
A proven track record of thriving in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a passion for continuous learning and quickly mastering new technologies.
Ability to work from the Prague, Czechia office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
