A Software Engineer within the Digital Experience unit responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and high-scale services to manage complex data landscapes, enhance security, and improve user experiences in a SaaS platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and operate high-scale cloud-native processing services for the SaaS platform.
Create and maintain internal developer tools to improve delivery speed and developer experience.
Lead end-to-end testing strategies to ensure data solution resilience and security.
Experiment with emerging technologies and cloud ecosystems to enhance platform capabilities and availability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready designs and best practices.
Requirements
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang with a track record of applying complex data structures and algorithms to launch successful software products.
Deep understanding of cloud-native environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP, container orchestration via Kubernetes, and the ability to navigate SQL databases and cloud networking infrastructure.
Practical experience implementing and verifying applications across multiple testing layers including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with a commitment to maintaining high-performance, secure codebases.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment by translating high-level designs into documented, maintainable code through peer reviews and cross-functional partnerships.
Experience owning full-lifecycle engineering including designing, developing, and operating high-scale processing services that ensure security, compliance, and interoperability of SaaS platforms.
Experience creating and maintaining internal developer tools used to accelerate delivery and improve developer experience.
Ability to lead end-to-end testing strategies for unstructured data solutions, ensuring resilience against evolving security threats such as ransomware.
Experience modernizing platform capabilities by experimenting with emerging technologies and cloud ecosystems to build cost-effective solutions with 24/7 mission-critical availability.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready designs and share best practices in CI/CD and quality engineering.
Willingness to work primarily from the Prague, Czech Republic office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
