The Enterprise Solutions Architect role involves defining and deploying technical services strategies to support enterprise growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, innovative solutions that deliver measurable customer value in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Advanced Services technical strategy to support enterprise growth
Act as the primary interface for Advanced Services with the Enterprise Line of Business, Solution Architects, and Solution Engineering teams
Shape scalable, repeatable enterprise services aligned with solution strategy and customer outcomes
Architect enterprise transformation journeys balancing innovation, validation, and delivery feasibility
Partner with Services Portfolio to define, launch, and evolve enterprise service offerings
Apply product management principles to services, including roadmap planning and lifecycle ownership
Define delivery models, standards, and enablement requirements in collaboration with Services Engineering
Support strategic enterprise opportunities through solution shaping and deal engagement
Contribute to measurable growth through services adoption and enterprise wins
Define how Pure Advanced Services and partners deliver enterprise solutions together
Requirements
Experience in enterprise consulting, professional services, solution architecture, or large scale transformation roles
A track record of building or delivering scalable professional services or technical solutions
Product management experience or a strong product mindset applied to services development
Experience supporting complex enterprise customer engagements and growth opportunities
Strong technical grounding across modern enterprise technologies, including databases, virtualization, cloud, AI, and automation
The credibility to engage confidently in technical discussions with senior field solution architects and technical leaders
Strong customer facing skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders in global organizations
A self motivated, outcome oriented approach with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results
Comfort navigating a global, cross functional organisation and influencing at all levels of seniority
A creative and strategic mindset, balanced with execution discipline and accountability
A collaborative leadership style, with the confidence to challenge constructively and help teams succeed
Ability to work from the Staines or London office in compliance with company policies
