Job Description

A remote sales role focused on acquiring new customers for Samsara's IoT solutions, involving complex, full-cycle SaaS sales to mid-sized businesses across various industries, with an emphasis on building relationships, strategic prospecting, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through outbound prospecting and strategic account mapping
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing sales
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate deal progression and remove obstacles

Requirements

  • Minimum of 24 months experience in a full-cycle, outbound-heavy SaaS closing role.
  • Experience in a pure hunter role focused on 80-90 net-new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Experience handling complex mid-large deal cycles.
  • Ability to work on strategic account mapping outbound prospecting.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and curious by nature.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
  • Value-based selling approach.
  • MEDDIC experience.
