This role involves leading marketing technology strategy, data integration, and governance initiatives to support B2B marketing and sales efforts, collaborating across teams to enhance data quality, automate processes, and drive marketing effectiveness in a high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define marketing technology vision and 3-year plan in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and implement end-to-end processes to automate GTM motions using aCDP
Oversee marketing data engineering to integrate data from sources like Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and Bombora
Design data flows and synchronization rules to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Lead frameworks and processes to improve data quality for accounts, contacts, and other critical data domains
Partner with corporate functions on enterprise-wide data governance and MDM strategies
Lead strategies to enrich account and contact data with B2B data vendors and enhance account hierarchy for ML models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, and Data Science to align on goals and execution
Present marketing technology and data strategy progress and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
Deep expertise in software development, data engineering, GTM data management, B2B go-to-market technologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Extensive experience with B2B marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce, Adobe, Snowflake or equivalent tools in the same category, and Customer Data Platform development and/or implementation.
Strong background in data integration, data quality management, and data governance.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data concepts.
Experience with buying groups and the Forrester B2B Revenue Waterfall model is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
Graduate degree in business, engineering, or an equivalent field.
At least 10 years of experience in high tech B2B Marketing, Sales, and/or Technology.
At least 7 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing analytics role.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Ability and willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara office, in compliance with company policies.
Bias for action and the ability to see the big picture while understanding the complexity inside the organization.
