Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of SE Managers and Systems Engineers.
Align technical messaging and strategies across cross-functional teams and partner organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and industry networks.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote products and solutions.
Requirements
15 years of experience in a field pre-sales position.
Experience leading a team with direct management responsibilities in a large geography.
Previous experience supporting the growth of a rapidly expanding organization and managing initiatives aimed at achieving 20% revenue growth.
Willingness to travel as needed on a regular basis.
Ability to interact with customers, partners, and prospects to understand their business challenges and engagement in pre-sales processes.
Understanding of the big picture, industry trends, and competition.
Effective communication skills to cascade communication and goals throughout teams and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand and communicate technical issues and enhancement requests from customers back to technical support, product management, and R&D.
