A Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce who partners with sales and product teams to design and implement scalable systems that optimize sales processes, improve deal velocity, and align technology solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable systems to enhance sales capabilities and improve deal velocity
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and scalable solutions
Partner with Sales Operations, Partner Operations, and Product Management to define and execute the IT and Business roadmap
Build strong relationships and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to improve collaboration, identify process inefficiencies, and drive technology adoption
Requirements
Five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce within an IT or technology-driven organization.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Deep understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Close processes.
Experience writing user stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and functional design documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site five days a week at the Santa Clara, CA office to foster stronger team collaboration and alignment.
Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery models.
