The Business Intelligence Analyst will support sales and revenue operations by developing reports, dashboards, and insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver business reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership.
Perform ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives.
Translate technical and analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and systems.
Requirements
Support Sales or Revenue Operations in a Sales Operations or Analytical capacity with 3-5 years of experience.
Proficiency in business intelligence BI tools for reporting and analytics, such as Tableau or similar tools.
High-level competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required, preferably in a business, financial, or analytical field.
Exceptional analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling skills.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities, particularly when presenting to executive management.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, perform under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of focusing on both strategic big-picture thinking and detailed analysis.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally through strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills across all management levels.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Annual base salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 USD
