Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support sales and revenue operations by developing reports, dashboards, and insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver business reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives.
- Translate technical and analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and systems.
Requirements
- Support Sales or Revenue Operations in a Sales Operations or Analytical capacity with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in business intelligence BI tools for reporting and analytics, such as Tableau or similar tools.
- High-level competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required, preferably in a business, financial, or analytical field.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, particularly when presenting to executive management.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, perform under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of focusing on both strategic big-picture thinking and detailed analysis.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally through strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills across all management levels.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Annual base salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 USD
