Job Description
A senior Paid Media Manager responsible for independently creating, launching, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to support the growth of a mission-driven health brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Diagnose underperforming ad sets and implement strategic adjustments to improve performance.
- Manage all phases of creative development and oversee asset production for advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on mastery of paid media and the ability to independently build, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Experience in structuring a full-funnel campaign from scratch and diagnosing issues within underperforming ad sets to determine necessary changes.
- Ability to take a campaign brief, creative assets, and strategic direction and execute campaigns with precision and speed.
- Experience with all phases of creative development and a detailed eye for asset production.
- Proficiency in using every lever available inside Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, and collaborative environment with iterative processes and group input.
- Resourcefulness in executing campaigns and problem-solving with limited resources.
- Experience working with a very young brand in its early stages of growth.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and incorporate feedback.
