Job Description
The Manager, Influencer Podcast Marketing is responsible for executing and managing Pendulum's influencer and podcast programs, building relationships with creators and advocates, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand trust, drive growth, and support the company's mission to improve health through microbiome science.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of influencer and podcast marketing programs.
- Identify, onboard, and grow a network of creators, healthcare professionals, and cultural voices.
- Develop frameworks for engaging talent, defining relationship types, content approaches, and partnership structures.
- Manage talent pipelines, campaign execution, content delivery, and performance tracking.
- Oversee dashboards, analyze results, and optimize investment across creators, formats, and platforms.
Requirements
- Strong experience in and passion for influencer marketing.
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple aspects of influencer and podcast marketing campaigns.
- Track record of working cross-functionally to drive projects forward.
- Experience in identifying, onboarding, and growing a network of creators, healthcare professionals, and cultural voices who become long-term advocates.
- Ability to develop clear frameworks for engaging talent, defining relationship types, content approaches, and partnership structures that drive both authenticity and performance.
- Experience managing talent pipelines, campaign execution, content delivery, and performance tracking.
- Ability to oversee dashboards, analyze results, and continuously optimize investments across creators, formats, and platforms.
- Strong understanding of building and scaling meaningful relationships with creators, healthcare professionals, and cultural voices.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into programs and ensure campaigns deliver against brand and performance goals.
- Ability to build enduring partnerships that drive trust and measurable business impact.
