Job Description

The Head of Sales will lead the growth of Pendulum by developing and scaling wholesale and strategic distribution channels, building partnerships, and translating the company's scientific credibility into accessible consumer value to establish it as a trusted, category-defining brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale wholesale and strategic distribution channels beyond DTC and Amazon.
  • Define and execute Pendulum's wholesale strategy across key partners and emerging markets.
  • Unlock new customer acquisition through wholesale and strategic channels.
  • Translate clinical credibility into accessible value for consumers.
  • Develop and implement vision and strategy for growth in healthcare and consumer markets.
  • Build and maintain enduring partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Position Pendulum as a trusted scientific leader and consumer brand.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have experience in building and scaling high-impact wholesale and strategic distribution channels beyond direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon.
  • The candidate must be able to define and execute Pendulum’s wholesale strategy across key partners, including FDMC AO, healthcare marketplaces, and emerging platforms and markets.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of unlocking new customer acquisition through wholesale and strategic channels.
  • The candidate must have experience in building Pendulum’s presence as both a trusted scientific leader and a beloved consumer brand.
  • The candidate must be able to translate Pendulum’s clinical credibility into human, accessible value for consumers.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of how to grow businesses at the intersection of healthcare and consumer markets.
  • The candidate must have experience winning in retail and professional channels.
  • The candidate must have the ability to set vision and strategy for sales and distribution.
  • The candidate must have experience building enduring partnerships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • The candidate must have the ability to execute sales and distribution strategies with precision.
  • The candidate must be a commercially-minded, entrepreneurial leader.
