Job Description

The Director of Brand Marketing Partnerships is responsible for building and activating strategic collaborations across various brands and platforms to enhance Pendulum's reach, brand presence, and business growth through authentic and integrated marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate strategic partnerships across consumer brands, healthcare platforms, and lifestyle ecosystems.
  • Create integrated programs combining brand storytelling with commercial value, such as co-branded experiences, bundled offerings, and content collaborations.
  • Develop partnerships that are authentic, culturally relevant, and enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Drive measurable outcomes in earned media, customer acquisition, and revenue through partnership initiatives.
  • Ensure Pendulum's presence is experienced in relevant, trusted contexts rather than relying solely on traditional advertising.

Requirements

  • Experience in building strategic partnerships across consumer brands, healthcare platforms, and lifestyle ecosystems with a proven track record of creating integrated programs that combine brand storytelling with commercial value.
  • Ability to identify and activate partnerships that include co-branded experiences, bundled offerings, content collaborations, and embedded product moments that connect the brand to consumers in relevant, trusted contexts.
  • Strong understanding of how to craft partnerships that feel authentic, culturally relevant, and add value to both the partner and the consumer.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes across earned media, customer acquisition, and revenue through partnership initiatives.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial rigor to develop partnerships that are both innovative and effective.
  • Experience in developing and executing brand marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive business growth through partnerships.
  • Excellent skills in brand storytelling, creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences in partnership contexts.
  • Experience in working with diverse platforms, brands, and ecosystems to ensure the brand is not just seen but experienced in meaningful ways.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated programs.
