Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst supports operations by analyzing financial performance related to gross margins, field service costs, and liabilities, working with operational data to identify cost drivers, assess risks, and improve forecasting accuracy in a fast-growing solar and energy storage company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance of the service business, focusing on gross margin, field service costs, and performance guarantee liabilities.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost drivers and assess risks.
- Develop and improve financial forecasting models related to operations.
- Own and deliver results on financial analysis and modeling for operational performance.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with operational data to understand what is driving costs, identify risks, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Comfortable working with detailed data, building financial models, and owning results.
- Ability to manage and analyze financial performance related to gross margin, field service costs, and performance guarantee liabilities.
