Job Description
The Vice President of Legal at Omnidian is responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters across the organization, advising the executive team, and supporting strategic growth initiatives to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad spectrum of legal matters including commercial transactions, business development, corporate law, insurance, and stock plan administration.
- Advise the executive team on legal strategies and ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making to support company scaling and sustainability.
Requirements
- Must be an experienced, business-minded attorney with a strong legal background.
- Must handle a broad spectrum of legal matters across the organization, including commercial transactions, business development, corporate law, insurance, and stock plan administration.
- Must contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
- Must have the ability to handle diverse legal challenges while contributing to strategic initiatives as the company scales.
- Must be confident, creative, and thrive in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and innovative solutions.
