Job Description
A Software Engineer II at Omnidian is responsible for designing and implementing features across the platform to support the full lifecycle management of solar assets, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly, while collaborating with a distributed team focused on the Asset Management Lifecycle domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement medium-to-large features to enhance the platform.
- Work across the technology stack to ensure systems for tracking and managing solar assets are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Support team members proactively and uphold high engineering standards.
- Contribute to the full lifecycle management of solar assets, from onboarding to daily monitoring and management.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing medium-to-large features that drive platform development.
- Ability to work across the stack to ensure systems for tracking and managing solar assets are reliable, scalable, and intuitive.
- Proven experience working on a distributed team responsible for the full lifecycle of assets from initial onboarding through daily monitoring and management.
- Strong understanding of the Asset Management Lifecycle domain within the context of solar or energy assets.
- Capability to proactively support teammates and enforce high engineering standards.
