Job Description
A Senior Architect role responsible for overseeing and designing the CRM ecosystem, ensuring its technical integrity, leading communication workflows, and building intelligent, event-driven systems while managing a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical integrity of the CRM ecosystem
- Lead the Agentforce strategy
- Architect complex communication workflows
- Build and maintain intelligent, event-driven systems
- Collaborate with offshore and internal development teams to ensure architectural integrity and manage technical debt
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Architect or similar role overseeing CRM ecosystems with a focus on technical integrity and platform management.
- Hands-on experience in architecting complex communication workflows within a CRM platform.
- Proven ability to treat the platform as an enterprise product and manage it accordingly.
- Experience in building intelligent, event-driven systems that are augmented with AI technologies.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee and collaborate with a blended team of junior and high-skill offshore developers.
- Ability to ensure low technical debt and maintain architectural integrity at a world-class level.
