Job Description
A hands-on Salesforce Developer responsible for building intelligent, event-driven solutions within the CRM ecosystem, collaborating with a team to ensure scalable and high-quality code, and leveraging AI tools to support modern workflows and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build intelligent, event-driven solutions within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior architects and development teams to ensure code quality, scalability, and architectural integrity.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate Salesforce development and implement modern workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal systems to support intelligent and automated processes.
Requirements
- Experience in building intelligent, event-driven solutions within Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
- Ability to approach Salesforce as a product, not just a system, and contribute to its architecture and scalability.
- Proficiency in collaborating with a Senior Architect and a team of onshore and offshore developers to ensure code quality, architectural integrity, and scalability.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools to accelerate Salesforce development.
- Knowledge of implementing event-driven patterns and supporting modern, intelligent workflows that integrate Salesforce with internal systems.
