Job Description
The Director of Data Science will lead the development and operationalization of data science technologies to improve product and service delivery, supporting the company's mission to promote clean energy adoption through impactful data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and operationalize data science technology to support daily operations

- Manage and guide a small, high-impact data science team

Requirements
- Experience in building and operationalizing data science technology that becomes a working, indispensable part of day-to-day operations.
- Ability to directly influence product, service delivery, and the company's ability to accelerate clean energy adoption through data science.
- Proven experience leading a small, high-impact data science team.
- Strong strategic and leadership skills in data science and technology management.
- Demonstrated ability to apply data science to solve real-world problems in a business context.
