Job Description
The Senior Talent Partner will lead the recruitment of top talent across various teams within Octopus Energy's Electroverse business, working closely with hiring managers and the talent team to ensure a positive candidate experience and support the company's growth and innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring of top talent for the Electroverse business
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various teams
- Support and pivot to assist other groups such as Tech or Generation when needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with the Talent team to identify and attract suitable candidates
Requirements
- Experience in leading hiring for a variety of teams, with the ability to support multiple areas such as Electroverse, Tech, or Generation, demonstrating flexibility in role responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including working closely with hiring managers and talent teams to hire across a wide range of teams.
- Proven ability to create a positive candidate experience and collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to providing equal opportunities and an inclusive work environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and pivot support across different business areas as needed.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
