Job Description

A Customer Operations Specialist at Octopus Electroverse is responsible for engaging with customers via email and online chat, managing operational processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience as part of the company's growth in the electric vehicle charging industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat
  • Manage operational processes related to customer accounts and services
  • Assist customers with charging platform issues and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Ability to speak to customers over email and online chat and get involved with operational processes.
  • Based in the London office with the option to work from home 2-3 days a week.
  • Standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
