Job Description
A Finance Operations Specialist focusing on debt management, responsible for leading arrears and collections processes, handling late-stage accounts, and developing scalable procedures to improve financial operations within a sustainable electric vehicle leasing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Arrears and Collections processes for late-stage accounts
- Build scalable processes to handle increasing customer volumes and late payers
- Deal with later stage accounts to recover overdue payments
Requirements
- Experience in leading or managing Arrears and Collections processes within a finance or debt recovery environment.
- Ability to deal with later stage accounts and handle complex debt situations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in debt management and collections activities.
- Self-starter with the initiative to build and improve scalable debt collection processes.
- Willingness to act as an ambassador for Finance's interests to the rest of the business.
- Relevant experience in finance operations, debt management, or collections roles.
