Job Description
The Team Lead for End of Lease is responsible for managing the customer transition process when electric vehicles are returned, overseeing damage assessments and charges, handling escalations, and building reports to monitor performance and efficiency in a fast-growing electric car leasing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end of lease process to ensure smooth, transparent, and fair vehicle returns
- Oversee assessment of damage charges and ensure their fairness and justifiability
- Handle complex escalations related to end of lease issues
- Lead a team to balance commercial decisions with customer experience
- Build and develop reporting dashboards to monitor cost recovery and process efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in leading a team responsible for end of contract and recharge customer journey in the automotive or leasing industry.
- Ability to oversee the assessment of damage charges and handle complex escalations related to vehicle returns.
- Capability to ensure that all charges passed on are justifiable and fair, with a focus on balancing commercial decisions and customer experience.
- Experience building and managing reporting dashboards that track performance on cost recovery and process efficiency.
- Availability to work in our London or partner office for 2 days per month.
