Job Description
The End of Lease Specialist is responsible for managing the vehicle return process, ensuring accurate damage assessments and financial settlements, while providing transparent and fair communication with customers to deliver a seamless end-of-lease experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review inspection reports and photos to assess vehicle condition at lease end
- Ensure damage recharges are accurate and properly communicated to customers
- Facilitate the vehicle return process to be transparent, fair, and seamless
- Coordinate between physical vehicle collection and final financial settlement
Requirements
- Experience in reviewing inspection reports and photos to assess vehicle condition and damages.
- Ability to perform analytical detective work to ensure damage recharges are accurate.
- High-level communication skills to effectively communicate damage recharges and related information to customers.
- Availability to work in the London or a partner office for 2 days per month.
