Job Description
The Senior Meter Specialist is a key engineering team member responsible for defining design standards, leading cross-functional projects, conducting energy analyses, and providing technical expertise related to metering systems and utility consumption in commercial and multifamily buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Define design standards and best practices for metering systems
- Lead cross-functional integration projects across departments and subsidiaries
- Conduct energy analysis of multiple commodities
- Provide technical expertise and support to the engineering team
- Perform ad-hoc technical tasks related to metering and energy analysis
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in submetering, energy analysis, and related engineering disciplines.
- Experience in defining design standards and best practices for engineering projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional integration projects across departments and subsidiaries.
- Experience conducting energy analysis of multiple commodities including electricity, water, gas, and thermal energy.
- Ability to perform ad-hoc technical tasks as required by the role.
- Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, indicating the need for strong communication and collaboration skills at a senior level.
