Job Description
The Senior Manager, Field Services leads a team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated metering systems in multi-residential and commercial buildings, ensuring contractual service delivery, developing talent, and managing client relationships with profit and loss accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the field service team performing installation, project management, service, and repair of meter and sub-meter equipment.
- Establish processes, procedures, and key performance indicators; hold team members accountable.
- Develop and coach talent at all levels to build a bench of qualified team members.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure service requirements and metrics are consistently met.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Metergy, with profit and loss responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience leading a field service team performing installation, project management, service, and repair of sophisticated meter and sub-meter equipment and systems.
- Ability to establish processes, procedures, and key performance indicators for a field service team and hold teams accountable.
- Proven experience in developing and coaching talent at all levels and creating a bench of team members ready for advancement.
- Experience working in concert with clients and internal teams to ensure all requirements and service metrics outlined in contract agreements are met on a consistent basis.
- Ability to act as a liaison on behalf of clients and the company with direct profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
- This is primarily an on-site role at the NYC Office location in Long Island City, with some flexibility available after the first 6 months.
