Job Description
The Field Services Technician provides technical support and maintenance for utility metering systems in multifamily and commercial buildings across the US, with comprehensive training and the flexibility to travel and respond to service requests outside standard hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients across the US
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot submetering equipment
- Respond to service requests, including out-of-state travel and non-standard hours
Requirements
- The candidate must be willing to provide technical support to clients across the US.
- The position is entry-level and includes comprehensive training to ensure success.
- The candidate must have the flexibility to travel out of state as required.
- The candidate must be able to respond to service requests during non-standard work hours.
