Job Description
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients by responding promptly to inquiries and requests, with opportunities for growth into client success management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to client inquiries and requests
- Support clients in resolving issues related to utility consumption and billing
- Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for client success and growth within the role
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly and thoughtfully respond to client inquiries, requests, and tasks
- Ability to maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients
- Willingness to grow in the role with opportunities to advance to Client Success Management or similar positions
