The Client Success Manager develops and maintains strong business relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service through proactive communication, understanding client needs, and collaborating internally to provide tailored solutions and support for client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, positive business-to-business relationships with clients
Maintain close contact with clients to understand their needs and strategic direction
Collaborate across departments to support client-focused solutions
Provide excellent client service through proactive communication and facilitation of client requests
Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries such as billing, products, and scheduling for landlords and property managers
Requirements
Develop strong, positive, business-to-business relationships with a defined portfolio of clients through maintaining close client contact and understanding their needs and strategic direction.
Provide excellent client service through proactive communication, facilitation of client requests, and working across Metergy to resolve inquiries.
Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries such as billing, products, scheduling, etc., for Landlords and Property Managers.
Collaborate within Metergy to provide cross-departmental support on client-focused solutions.
Must have experience in client success, account management, or a related role involving developing and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to understand and address client needs and strategic goals effectively.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate client requests and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Experience in handling general inquiries related to billing, products, scheduling, or similar areas.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support client needs.
Physical and mental ability to handle client interactions and inquiries in a professional manner.
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality client service and support.
