The Senior Manager, Client Success - Key Accounts is responsible for serving as the primary contact and strategic partner for key clients in the US market, supporting their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Metergy's submetering solutions, while leading other client success professionals in a hybrid work environment.

Lead other Client Success professionals in supporting key accounts.
Requirements
The candidate must have experience working as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for key accounts within the US market.
The candidate must be able to work in a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office in Long Island City, New York.
The candidate must support and lead other Client Success professionals when supporting key accounts, although this is not a people manager position.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of utility consumption data, including electricity, water, gas, and thermal energy, and experience with turnkey submetering and billing processes.
The candidate must have experience working with long-term recurring revenue business models, specifically SaaS or similar subscription-based services.
The candidate must have the ability to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, providing market-leading expertise in submetering and billing.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
The candidate must have a minimum of 45 years of experience or equivalent industry experience in a related field (implied by the company's history, but not explicitly stated as a requirement).
