Job Description

The role involves advising clients on leveraging customer data to enhance marketing strategies, designing cross-channel marketing programs, analyzing performance, and utilizing AI to predict customer behavior and personalize experiences in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with marketers to identify customer trends, opportunities, and segments for growth
  • Design and analyze cross-channel marketing programs to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with clients to create personalized customer experiences and strategies
  • Advocate for clients by working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align services with client needs
  • Drive AI experimentation to predict customer behavior and develop personalization strategies
  • Promote adoption of Amperity's AI-first products and provide feedback to influence product development

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a digital marketing, customer insights, agency, or other strategic client-facing role, or working in a digital marketing function at a retailer or other direct-to-consumer business
  • A foundational understanding of marketing strategy, frameworks, and best practices, ideally with direct experience launching and measuring campaigns in paid media channels
  • Experience advising clients or other business stakeholders on how to translate insights into action, and how to measure the impact of those actions
  • Strong presentation skills, a professional presence, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Passion for diving into the data to develop a better understanding of customer behavior and excitement about working with product to influence the AI product roadmap
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, swiftly-changing environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements, conferences, and internal planning sessions

Benefits & Perks

Compensation/salary range: $117,000 - $161,000 base salary, with cash incentives and stock options
