The Engineer Helper supports the operation and maintenance of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment, performing routine tasks and assisting senior engineers to ensure optimal environmental conditions within the property.
Key Responsibilities
Support the operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems
Respond to tenant service requests related to building systems
Assist senior engineers in implementing mechanical, plumbing, and energy management programs
Help ensure environmental control and building efficiency standards are met
Requirements
Support the operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment to ensure optimal environmental control throughout the property.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
Respond to tenant service requests related to building systems and maintenance.
Assist the Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, and Chief Engineer as needed in their duties.
Assist in the implementation of all mechanical operations, plumbing, and energy management programs according to building management standards and property operating objectives.
