Job Description
The Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of utility bills and client remittances within the billing department, supporting the company's goal of reliable utility billing and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in completing tasks to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and clients
- Process and ensure timely payment of LDC Bulk Bills
- Process Client Remittances accurately and promptly
Requirements
- Participate in the completion of tasks required to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing for both the resident and client.
- Ensure the timely processing and payment of LDC Bulk Bills.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances.
