Job Description
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company's BI Revenue Assurance Program, operations dashboards, reporting, and ensuring gross margin integrity to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and execute the Business Intelligence Revenue Assurance Program
- Oversee the implementation of Annual Rate Increases
- Create and maintain operations dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure overall Gross Margin (GM) integrity
Requirements
- Experience in managing, developing, and executing Business Intelligence (BI) Revenue Assurance Programs, Annual Rate Increases, operations dashboards, reporting, and overall Gross Margin (GM) Integrity.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain operations dashboards and reporting systems related to business revenue and gross margin management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Business Intelligence teams or projects with a focus on revenue assurance and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of business metrics related to revenue, gross margin, and financial integrity within a corporate environment.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for revenue and margin management.
- Experience working with SaaS models, particularly in the context of submetering or utility billing, is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not explicitly specified as mandatory.
