Job Description
The Billing Analyst Utilities is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for utility services, including processing bulk bills and client remittances, within the billing department of a leading submetering company focused on energy reduction and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and clients
- Process and verify timely payment of LDC Bulk Bills
- Process and verify client remittances accurately
- Participate in tasks to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department
Requirements
- Participate in the completion of tasks required to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for both the resident and client.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of LDC Bulk Bills.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances.
