Job Description
The Associate role at LevelTen Energy involves supporting renewable energy transactions by managing platform data, automating workflows using AI, conducting market research, and assisting project management efforts within a fast-growing clean energy marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on the LTE Platform to support users, manage data, and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automated tools and processes leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the Transaction Manager with project management tasks, including reviewing offers, coordinating communications, and scheduling meetings.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, pricing, and regulations in renewable energy.
- Identify and help scope platform enhancements, providing feedback on new LTE Platform features.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-time professional experience or relevant internship experience, ideally in energy or sustainability.
- Genuine interest in building a career in renewable energy and sustainability.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with external stakeholders by phone and email.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, with an interest in applying them to automate workflows and build internal resources.
