Job Description
A Senior Frontend Engineer responsible for developing and enhancing a web-based business process management platform within KrakenFlow, focusing on creating user-friendly interfaces and solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the front-end of the business process management platform using modern web technologies.
- Implement user interface components with a focus on usability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features for internal and external users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and coding standards.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability in production environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in frontend development with a strong understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with building and maintaining web-based applications, specifically involving end-to-end business process management platforms.
- Ability to develop user interfaces with a drag-and-drop workflow builder or similar interactive components.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Notion, Asana, and Figma for planning and collaboration.
- Experience with version control systems like Github.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools such as CircleCI and Terraform Enterprise.
- Knowledge of immutable infrastructure and deployment best practices.
- Experience with performance measurement and monitoring tools such as Sentry and CloudWatch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge and be challenged in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver delightful experiences for internal and external customers.
- Willingness to work in the New York City office or remotely within the East Coast region timezone.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States within the specified region (no mention of specific visa requirements, but must be eligible to work in the U.S.).
