Job Description
The Principal Product Manager - Outbound Engagement is responsible for leading the development of an outbound engagement engine that connects insights to proactive, intelligent customer communications at scale, aiming to drive smarter energy decisions and support a sustainable energy future.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the outbound engagement engine connecting insights to actions across marketing, operational messaging, lifecycle events, and predictive customer experiences.
- Design and develop proactive, contextual communication strategies to guide customer energy decisions at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance customer engagement and experience.
Requirements
- Experience in building outbound engagement engines that connect insight to action across marketing campaigns, operational messaging, lifecycle events, and predictive, proactive customer experiences at massive scale.
- Proven ability to shape how an industry shows up to the world through technology-driven customer engagement solutions.
- Strong understanding of energy communication, including the ability to develop contextual, intelligent, and proactive messaging systems.
- Experience in creating or managing products that guide millions of households toward smarter, cleaner energy decisions.
- Demonstrated success in developing scalable outbound engagement platforms or systems.
- Ability to work on complex projects that involve integrating insights with customer action at a large scale.
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector is preferred (implied by the context of the role).
