Job Description
A Senior Client Success Analyst responsible for managing client inquiries, diagnosing issues within energy management applications, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries through case management
- Deep dive into applications to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems
- Collaborate with development teams to address client requests and issues
- Answer questions and provide solutions to deliver value to clients
Requirements
- Experience in case management of client queries and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems affecting clients.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- People-oriented with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a community-based environment.
- Responsibility for managing client requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Keen interest in solving real-world problems and delivering value to clients through technical and analytical skills.
