Job Description
The FP&A Manager at Kraken will play a key role in shaping the company's financial models, performance measurement, and infrastructure, while leading a team to support the company's growth in creating a sustainable energy system through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape financial models and performance measurement systems
- Design technical elements of financial tools and infrastructure
- Establish guardrails and discipline for business operations
- Develop team culture and enhance analysts' skills
- Contribute as an individual contributor with potential for leadership growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial modeling, performance measurement, and developing financial infrastructure, with the ability to shape models and performance metrics for a finance team.
- Ability to help determine guardrails for the business that are both pragmatic and capable of building discipline within the organization.
- Experience in designing the technical elements of financial tools, systems, and infrastructure that can scale with rapid customer base growth.
- Strong leadership skills in setting team culture and developing the skills of analysts, with the potential to grow into broader leadership roles.
- Ability to start as an individual contributor and evolve into a leadership position as the team develops.
