A Senior FP A Analyst in Corporate Strategy at Aprio is responsible for supporting post-M&A integration, financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to drive growth initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
Support post-close M&A integration by managing financial ingestion, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking of acquired businesses
Contribute to strategic finance initiatives including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and leadership reporting
Assist in financial reporting and analysis related to corporate strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements
A highly analytical, execution-oriented finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants deep exposure to M A activities, corporate FP A, and sponsor-facing financial analysis.
Experience supporting post-close M A integration, including financial ingestion, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking of newly acquired businesses.
Experience contributing to broader strategic finance initiatives, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and leadership reporting tied to growth strategy.
Experience working closely with FP A leadership, Corporate Development, Accounting, and senior management.
Hands-on ownership and visibility in financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
Experience with investment banking, transaction services, or PE-backed operating experience.
Ability to support financial ingestion, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking of newly acquired businesses.
Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and leadership reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and corporate finance roles, with a focus on M A activities and integration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on execution.
Strong collaboration skills to work with FP A leadership, Corporate Development, Accounting, and senior management.
Excellent communication skills to support leadership reporting and strategic initiatives.
