The Technical Product Manager will oversee the strategy and development of Kraken's ledger infrastructure, ensuring a robust, transparent, and reliable bookkeeping platform that supports global operations, regulatory compliance, and data integrity in the energy management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy and development of Kraken's ledger infrastructure
Build and scale a robust, transparent, and reliable bookkeeping platform
Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance of the ledger system
Support Kraken's global operations and expansion through ledger system management

Requirements

Own the strategy and development of Kraken's ledger infrastructure, which records every financial event, ensures balance correctness, and provides an immutable, auditable source of truth across all regions and markets.
Build and scale a robust, transparent, and highly reliable bookkeeping platform that guarantees data integrity, supports regulatory compliance, and enables Kraken to operate and expand globally.
Demonstrate experience in developing and managing financial or ledger systems that support regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Possess technical expertise relevant to ledger infrastructure, including understanding of immutable data storage, auditability, and financial event recording.
Have the ability to support regulatory compliance requirements within the ledger system.
Possess strong problem-solving skills to build a transparent and reliable bookkeeping platform.
Have experience in scaling infrastructure to support global operations.
Possess excellent communication skills to own and articulate the strategy and development plans for the ledger service.
