Job Description
A People Operations Specialist Lead responsible for building and scaling the employee experience and HR systems across regions, ensuring seamless onboarding, off-boarding, and continuous process improvement within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the people infrastructure across regions
- Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes to enhance individual and organizational performance
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling people infrastructure across multiple regions.
- Ability to ensure a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from post-offer onboarding through to off-boarding.
- Proven experience in continuously improving HR systems and processes to enhance individual and organizational performance.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the People Operations team, Kraken Capabilities team, and business leaders.
- Experience working in a high-performing People Operations environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and processes related to onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle management.
