Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration projects and long-term technology requirements for energy industry clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful implementation of Kraken's energy management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domains such as billing, finance, and communications for client projects.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform or manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams and the client to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client problems or requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to drive improvements for clients.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and act as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience in managing technology migration projects or long-term technology requirements within a client delivery context.
- Ability to understand how Kraken works and to understand problems or requests raised by the client, then refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience in managing a tech domain related to billing, finance, or communications for client projects.
- Proven ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as with clients to deliver results for projects or business needs.
- Strong understanding of how to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
