Job Description

The Customer Success Operations Analyst will support scaling and optimizing customer success processes, systems, and data to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency as part of Kraken's global growth in the energy technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale customer success by implementing systems, data, tools, and processes
  • Drive operational efficiency and exceptional client outcomes
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success teams
  • Make customer success more scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business goals
  • Support the expansion of customer success operations globally

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Customer Success Operations analyst or in a similar role involving scaling customer success, with a focus on implementing systems, data, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to partner closely with teams including Delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Client Value, and the entire Customer Success organization to drive business-aligned, data-driven customer success initiatives.
  • Proven experience in developing and scaling customer success processes, systems, and data management practices to support global expansion.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications as they relate to customer success operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to put in place systems, data, tools, and processes needed to turbo charge customer success and drive exceptional client outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple departments and teams involved in customer success and operations.
  • Ability to contribute to making Customer Success more scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
