Job Description
The Implementation Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term requirements within the SmartFlex product, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative energy solutions and support digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domain billing, finance, and communications for client projects within the SmartFlex product.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform and manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities effectively.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development and operational styles.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a thorough understanding of how Kraken works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- The candidate must have experience managing a tech domain related to billing, finance, and communications for client projects within the SmartFlex product, either migrating onto the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements.
- The candidate must have the ability to work in partnership with Kraken’s technology and operational teams as well as the client to deliver results for the client’s project or business needs.
- The candidate must have experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
- The candidate must be capable of bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- The candidate must support clients in adapting to ways of working that are aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- The candidate must have experience supporting technology transformation journeys for clients, including supporting new and long-term migration projects.
- The candidate must have experience managing long-term technology requirements and migration projects related to the Kraken platform.
- The candidate must have the ability to understand and refine solutions based on client requests and problems to maximize existing and new capabilities.
- The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders including clients, product managers, developers, and operational teams.
