Job Description
A temporary assembly position at Invinity in Vancouver, BC, involving hands-on manufacturing work in the renewable energy storage sector, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and supporting the production of vanadium flow batteries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components of vanadium flow batteries according to specifications
- Operate and use manufacturing tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect assembled parts for quality and adherence to standards
- Follow manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure proper assembly
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Ability to perform assembly work in a manufacturing environment at Invinity's Pender Street location in Vancouver, BC.
- Experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting, with a focus on assembly tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager.
- Physical ability to perform tasks required in assembly work, which may include lifting, standing, and manual handling.
- Commitment to a temporary position for up to 6 months.
