Job Description
A Production Designer responsible for creating, preparing, and managing high-quality marketing assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the production of marketing collateral including digital ads, social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentation decks, and print materials.
- Prepare final artwork files according to vendor specifications, technical requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Manage asset versioning, resizing, and localization for various channels and regional needs.
- Develop, maintain, and organize templates and assets to improve team efficiency and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with senior designers to ensure design intent is maintained and resolve complex production challenges.
- Conduct quality control checks on final files to eliminate errors before handoff to vendors or deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or a similar production-focused creative role, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for high-volume production.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical file preparation, including knowledge of image resolution, color modes CMYK vs. RGB, bleed, trim, pre-flighting, and font handling for both digital and print production.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
