A Production Designer responsible for creating, preparing, and managing high-quality marketing assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the production of marketing collateral including digital ads, social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentation decks, and print materials.
Prepare final artwork files according to vendor specifications, technical requirements, and brand guidelines.
Manage asset versioning, resizing, and localization for various channels and regional needs.
Develop, maintain, and organize templates and assets to improve team efficiency and ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with senior designers to ensure design intent is maintained and resolve complex production challenges.
Conduct quality control checks on final files to eliminate errors before handoff to vendors or deployment.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or a similar production-focused creative role, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for high-volume production.
Demonstrated expertise in technical file preparation, including knowledge of image resolution, color modes CMYK vs. RGB, bleed, trim, pre-flighting, and font handling for both digital and print production.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
