Job Description
The role involves assembling and manufacturing vanadium flow batteries for energy storage systems, supporting the company's mission to provide reliable, safe, and sustainable energy solutions at a grid scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble energy storage systems, specifically vanadium flow batteries, according to manufacturing specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards during assembly processes.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and documentation to ensure proper construction of battery systems.
Requirements
- The candidate must be able to perform assembly work related to energy storage systems, specifically involving manufacturing or assembling vanadium flow batteries or similar products.
- The candidate must have experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a clear understanding of assembly processes.
- The candidate must be able to operate and use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- The candidate must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and safety guidelines.
- The candidate must be able to work in a team environment, collaborating with other assembly staff and engineers.
- The candidate must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- The candidate must be able to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks required for assembly work for extended periods.
- The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent; formal technical or vocational training in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
- The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
- The candidate must be able to commit to working hours as specified by the company, including potential overtime or shift work if required.
